Wondrous Linda's Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 carrot, sliced thin
- 1 celery stick, sliced thin
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 C. frozen peas
- 1-12 oz. can chunk chicken breast
- 1 sm. can chicken gravy
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 6 oz. cooked noodles, drained
- 1 C. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- cracker crumbs
- butter on top of cracker crumbs
Directions
Cook carrots, celery and onions to soften, about 5-6 minutes. Drain. Put in mixing bowl; add rest of ingredients except the cracker crumbs and butter. Mix together and put in pan that's been sprayed with Pam (for easy cleanup) . I use the smallest roaster pan that I have. Put cracker crumbs on top and pats of butter. Bake uncovered at 350° about 30-45 minutes.
