World’s Best Peppermint Fudge Brownie Bites
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 package of ready-to-bake triple chocolate cookie dough
- 1 C. tiny marshmallows
- 1 tsp. shortening
- 2/3 C. miniature semisweet chocolate pieces
- ¼ C. crushed striped round peppermint candy canes
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking pan with foil and divide the cookie dough into balls and place them on the pan. Let them bake for 20 minutes and sprinkle each ball with the marshmallows and chocolate pieces. In a saucepan, heat the remaining chocolate pieces and the shortening over a low heat until it's melted. Drizzle it over the brownie bites and let them cool.
