These Japanese kabobs are low-fat and delicious!

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 C. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Cut chicken into small cubes and place in a plastic bag.  Add oil, onions, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic.  Marinate in refrigerator for an hour.  Remove when done and thread chicken, tomatoes, and zucchini onto skewers.  Place kabobs on the grill and grill until chicken is cooked through.

Serve with: Potato Salad
