You can easily use cake mix when making a quick batch of cookies. With very few ingredients, these cookies does not leave you unimpressed!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. butter, softened
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 C. powdered sugar
  • 2/3 C. heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 C. semisweet baking chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix butter, cream cheese, egg and vanilla in a bowl. Add cake in small amounts while mixing. Use electronic mixer to combine ingredients. Spoon mix onto ungreased cookie shoot. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Once cookies are cool, sprinkle powdered sugar over cookies. For chocolate ganache, heat whipping cream over low-heat until hot. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate. Drizzle over powdered cookies. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
