Ingredients

  • 1 C. rolled oats
  • ½ C. chocolate chips
  • ½ C. ground flax seed
  • ½ C. crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/3 C. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 (8-oz.) containers plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 C. fresh blueberries

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, chocolate chips, flax seed, peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract. Mix until ingredients are well blended. Form mixture into small balls and transfer to a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Flatten each ball and freeze for 1 hour or until set.

Spread yogurt over each granola bite and top with blueberries.
