Yogurt Herb Dressing

Try a Mediterranean-inspired dressing that is very good for you.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. plain no fat or low fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp. wine vinegar or herb vinegar
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/4 C. fresh chives, minced
  • 1/4 C. fresh dill, minced
  • 1/4 C. fresh parsley, minced
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes about 1 C. of dressing.
