Yogurt Parfait with Brittle
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 C. vanilla Greek yogurt, divided
- 8 crumbled Brownie Brittle square
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 4 mint leaves
In your chosen dessert glass, crumble the brownie brittle and distribute it evenly into each glass. Spoon on 1/2 C. of yogurt on top. Then, add a 1/2 cup of strawberries and another 1/2 C. of yogurt. Top with 2 strawberry slices and 2 mint leaves. Repeat as directed, for the second glass.
