Yogurt Sundaes with Fresh Fruit

Ingredients
- 1/4 C. ripe blackberries, cut in half
- 1/4 C. sliced fresh strawberries
- 6 green seedless grapes, halved
- 2 sm. ripe apricots, pitted and cut into 8 wedges
- 1 lg. ripe red plum, pitted and cut into 8 wedges
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. sugar, optional
- 1 Tbs. minced fresh mint or cilantro
- 1 1/2 C. plain nonfat yogurt
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the fruit, lemon juice, sugar and mint. Toss lightly to mix.
Starting with a spoonful of fruit mixture, make alternating layers of fruit and yogurt in a large goblet or tall glass. Eat at once or cover with plastic wrap an refrigerate overnight.
