Ingredients

  • 1 Pound of Ground Beef
  • 6 Cups of Cooked Sticky White Rice
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Minced Onion
  • 3 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Cup of Breadcrumbs
  • ½ Cup of Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 Pinch of Salt and Pepper (or more to taste)

Directions

To begin, mix the beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, teriyaki sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly combined. Use a fork for this or use your hands (wearing gloves)! Then, form this into 3 evenly sized patties.

Now, grill or broil the patties until they reach the level of cooked you typically enjoy your patties to be, whether that be rare or well-done or anywhere in between. Then, fry the 3 eggs for 1-2 minutes.

To serve, place 2 scoops of rice on a plate. Then, add a patty and top it off with an egg.
