It looks and tastes like pie, but surprisingly it’s canned biscuits. Fill your rolls with strawberries and jam and you’ll have a dessert in no time. The pre-made biscuit dough makes this a quick and easy recipe.

  • 1 can pre-made biscuit dough
  • 2 lbs. strawberries, quartered
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • Powdered sugar, for topping

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, mix the sugar and flour together. Sprinkle the mixture over the strawberries. Toss to coat.

Take biscuits out of container. Fill center with strawberry mixture.

Place biscuits in circular baking pan. Bake 13 to 17 minutes, or until golden brown.

When finished, sprinkle powdered sugar over biscuits.
