  • 16 oz. Mostaccioli
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 C. onion, chopped
  • ½ C. celery, chopped
  • 6 oz. tomato paste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. dried sweet basil
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 16 oz. can of tomato sauce
  • 14.5 oz. can of tomato with juice

Brown the Italian sausage and ground beef. Add in the onions and drain the grease. Combine all of your ingredients, except for the pasta into the crockpot. Let it cook on a low setting for 6 hours. Meanwhile cook the mostaccioli as instructed on the package. Pour the sauce over the mostaccioli when it is ready to serve!
