Ingredients

  • 2 C. water, boiling
  • 1 C. apricot juice
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice

Directions

Make a syrup of boiling water and sugar. Add apricot and lemon juice and cool. Strain and freeze.
