  • 1 can 8 oz. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 green onion, diced
  • 1/4 C. roasted red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 C. mixed vegetables (corn, peas, diced carrots)
  • 1 C. cooked chicken
  • 1 C. cubed ham
  • 1/2 C. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 T. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl mix together the butter, cream cheese, milk, ham, chicken, mixed vegetables, green onion, and red pepper. Combine crescent roll dough into one section and roll out flat. Use a 3-inch round cookie cutter to cut circles from the dough. Spoon the meat and vegetable mixture evenly onto each round section. Fold the rounds in half and press down or fold the edges to seal. Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy golden brown.
