  • 5 C. sweet rolls, torn
  • 2 ripe pears, diced
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ C. dried cranberries
  • ½ C. sugar
  • 1 C. heavy cream
  • 1 ½ C. whole milk
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Salt

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Prepare a baking dish by greasing it. Place the torn sweet rolls over the bottom of the baking dish, save enough to make another layer. Add an even layer of the diced pears. Pour in the cranberries. Layer the remaining torn sweet rolls. Set aside. In a bowl, beat the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla extract, sugar and pinch of salt. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy.
