This is a family favorite and really yummy.

Ingredients

  • l pt. scalded milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 Tbs. sugar

Directions

Beat egg and sugar slightly. Add milk gradually. Mix well. Put into a double boiler and cook until it coats the spoon. Cool before serving.
