  • 2 C. flour
  • 1 C. sugar
  • ½ C. cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C. greek yogurt
  • ½ C. milk
  • ½ C. canola oil
  • ¾ C. dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ C. milk chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, ¾ C. dark chocolate chips, and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the egg, yogurt, milk, and oil and whisk. Pour this into the dry ingredients and mix them to form the batter. Pour the batter into a prepared muffin tin and sprinkle it with the chocolate chips. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes until they’re fully cooked through. Let them cool and serve.
