Ingredients
- 3 cups of flour
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of unsalted butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract
- 21 oz of cherry pie filling
- For glaze:
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract
- 2 tablespoons of milk

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then, butter the 15 by 10-inch baking dish. In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar together. Once you've completed this, add in eggs. Then, mix the vanilla and almond extracts. Add flour and salt until the mixture is smooth. Now, take 3/4 of the batter and spread it on the baking pan. After it is spread evenly, coat the batter with the pie filling. Take the left over batter and drizzle it over the pie filling to make the crust. Bake for 35- 40 minutes. Lastly, mix the glaze ingredients and trickle it over the bars.
