  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/3 C. white wine vinegar
  • 2/3 C. extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 oz. black olives
  • 14 oz. artichoke hearts
  • 8 oz. baby spinach
  • Toppings:
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
