Yummy Meatballs for Spaghetti

The title says it all. Make sure you add the fresh herbs to the meatballs. That is the secret to these yummy additions.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1-1/2 Tbs. rosemary
  • 1-1/2 Tbs. oregano
  • 1 Tbs. garlic powder

Directions

Combine ingredients in medium bowl.  Roll into 1/2-inch balls. Cook meatballs in skillet for 10-15 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes until browned.

Makes 3-5 servings.

  • The amount of hamburger called for must be wrong. I don't think it should read 1/4 lb. with the amounts of herbs called for. Plus there wouldn't be many meatballs made out of that small amount of meat. I would use at least one pound of meat if I made this.
