Use this delicious orange icing on cakes and cookies!

Ingredients

  • 2 C. confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 C. hot orange juice
  • 2 Tbs. melted butter
  • 1 Tbs. grated orange rind

Directions

Add hot orange juice and melted butter gradually to the sugar. Mix well. Add freshly grated rind of orange. Mix well. Ice cake.
