This is the most popular dish I make. It's a super easy recipe, and you can even use the filling as a chip dip or taco filling. Its a total crowd-pleaser.

  • 1 can of chicken
  • 1 can of refried beans
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 C. green and red peppers, chopped
  • salsa (your favorite)
  • jumbo pasta shells
  • shredded cheese (your favorite)

For the shells, follow the directions on the box. (You don't have to use all of them, just as many as you think will be eaten.) Once they are drained, place them on wax paper to dry. Meanwhile, place a large skillet on medium heat. Pour the remaining ingredients into the skillet and mix well. Let them blend and cook for about 8-10 minutes. Once you think they are blended well, take a large spoon and fill each shell to your liking. If you want, you can sprinkle cheese on top. Now eat!
