Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground chicken
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup of croutons, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of paprika
  • 2 teaspoons of onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

As the oven preheats to 400 degrees, mix together ground chicken, egg, croutons, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, brown sugar, lemon zest, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Roll into three-inch size balls, line onto a baking tray with one-inch space in between and cook for thirty minutes. Serve with quinoa and steamed broccoli.
