  • one 16-oz. box Mexican processed cheese, cubed
  • one 10-oz. can tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 Tbs. dry minced onion
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
  • 1/2 C. whipping cream
  • 16 slices bacon

Lightly grease a small crockpot and add cheese, tomatoes, green chilies, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and cream.  Turn heat to low, cover, and cook for 1 hour, stirring several times to make sure cheese melts.  While cheese melts, place bacon in skillet, fry, drain, and crumble.  Fold three-fourths of bacon into cheese mixture.  When ready to serve, sprinkle remaining bacon on top and serve from crockpot.
