Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbs. bottled minced garlic
  • 1/2 C. chopped or sliced onions
  • 1 lb. green beans trimmed
  • 1 can diced seasoned tomatoes
  • fresh ground pepper
  • salt

Directions

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic and cook till tender, stirring often. Add green beans and cook until tender crisp, stirring often. Add tomatoes with juice, salt and pepper and cook until heated. Serve immediately.
