Zesty Ham Patties

This recipe will make 4 zesty ham patties. This is a great change up from the traditional beef burger. The flavors are refreshing and work great on a bun with a little mustard.

Ingredients

1/2 C. dry bread crumbs
1 3/4 C. ground cooked ham
1 egg, beaten
1/4 C. milk
3 Tbs. sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 tsp. butter, melted

Directions

Remove 2 tablespoons bread crumbs; set aside. Combine remaining bread crumbs, ham, egg, pickle relish and dry mustard. Mix well and shape into 4 patties. Coat patties with reserved bread crumbs. Cook over medium heat in butter until brown on both sides, turning once.
