Try and serve up this amazing casserole filled with ground beef, spaghetti sauce and three different cheeses.

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 C. chopped onion
  • 1 C. spaghetti sauce
  • 6 oz. (1 1/2 C.) shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1 (8-oz.) can Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
  • 1/3 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbs. margarine or butter, melted

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large skillet, combine ground beef and onion; cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce; cook until thoroughly heated. In medium bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and sour cream; mix well. Pour hot beef mixture into ungreased 12x8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish, or 9 1/2 or 10-inch deep-dish pie pan. Spoon cheese mixture over beef mixture. Unroll dough over cheese mixture. In small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and margarine; mix well. Spread evenly over dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 25 minutes or until deep golden brown.
