  • tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 pounds of medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste.
