  • 1 ½ lb. ground chuck beef
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 4 tsp. chopped green chiles, drained, canned
  • 4 slices havarti cheese
  • 1 pkg. Southwest ranch salad dressing
  • 1 pkg. crunchy tortilla strips
  • 8 oz. lettuce, shredded
  • 4 potato hamburger buns

Preheat a skillet or grill and divide your meat into four patties. Season your meat with the salt and pepper then cook in pan or on grill for 6-8 minutes flipping halfway through. Just before you get ready to take the burgers off the grill or pan, top with I slice of cheese each. Mix the salad dressing and tortilla strips with the lettuce and place on top of the cheese. Serve your burgers on the potato buns and enjoy!
