Zesty Onion Meatloaf

Crunchy French Fried onions and Italian tomato soup add that special something to this meatloaf recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs. ground beef
  • 1 can (11 1/8 oz) Condensed Italian Tomato Soup*
  • 1 1/3 C. French’s French Fried onions
  • 2 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg

Directions

Mix beef, 1/3 C. soup 2/3 C. French Fried Onions and remaining ingredients. Shape into 8x4 inch loaf on baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour until meatloaf is done. Pour off fat. Spoon remaining soup over meatloaf. Top with 2/3 C. Onions. Bake 5 minutes until onions are golden.
