Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks
- ΒΌ C. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 adobo chipotle peppers
- 1 lime (juiced and zested)
- 1 orange (juiced and zested)
- 1 large jalapeno, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Combine the oil oil, garlic, peppers, lime, and orange juice/zest. Place the steaks in a gallon bag and pour the marinade over them. Close the bag and marinate for 8 hours or overnight. Place them on a hot grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side uncovered. Cover it and cook for 15 minutes on each side lowering the temperature of the grill to medium-high.
