  • 4 Tbs. butter
  • 4 Tbs. finely chopped parsley
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 C. chicken broth
  • 1 C. dry white wine
  • 3 dozen sm. hard-shell clams, washed well
  • 1-2 C. hot, cooked Spanish styled rice
  • 1/4 C edamame
  • 1/4 C chopped tomatoes

Collect all ingredients (except the clams, edamame, chopped tomato, and rice) and put into a crockpot. Heat mixture on medium for about 1 1/2-2 hours.  Then add the clams to the crockpot and cover for about 30-45 minutes.  Combine and mix the cooked Spanish rice, edamame and chopped tomato together and stir. Once your clams are tender place on top of the Spanish rice and enjoy.
