This moist and flavorful roast only takes five ingredients and makes for a perfect Sunday family dinner! The lemon and rosemary tastes great with the garlic-infused butter topping!

  • 1 Chicken
  • 4 T. butter
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 sprigs rosemary

Rinse and dry the chicken, then place on a roasting pan. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter with the garlic. Once the butter has melted and the garlic is fragrant, brush the mixture over the entire chicken. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Cut the lemon in half, then place the lemon pieces and rosemary into the cavity of the chicken. Roast the chicken for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes, at 450 degrees.
