Ziploc Omelet
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs in 1 quart Ziploc bag per person
- Cheeses of choice
- Ham, cut into small pieces
- Onions, diced
- Green peppers, cored and diced
- Chopped tomatoes
- Diced hash brown potatoes
- Salsa
- Boiling water in large pot for cooking
Directions
Crack two eggs into a bag and shake well. Put ingredients of choice into the bag. Each person may want to add their own. Zip the bag and shake again. Open the bag and begin removing the air as the bag is re-zipped. Drop the bag into the pot of boiling water and cook for 13 minutes. More than one bag can be cooked at one time. Names can be placed on the bags with a magic marker. Open the bag and place onto a plate. Salsa can be added at this time.
