- 2 large or extra large eggs
- Variety of ingredients such as:
- cheese, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa
Place the 2 eggs in a bowl and beat them like you are going to make scrambled eggs. Pour them into the ziploc bag and add your choice of ingredients to the bag and shake. Make sure you get the air out of the bag and zip it up tight. Place the bag into rolling boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can cook 6-8 omelets in one large pot. For more, make another pot of boiling water. Open the bag and the omelet will roll out easily.
