Ziploc Omelettes

Ingredients
- 2 eggs per omelette
- 1 quart size Ziploc bag
- Cheese
- Ham
- Bell pepper
- Onion
- Hash brown potatoes
- Tomatoes
- Anything else you or each person wants in their individual omelet
Directions
Give each guest a ziplock bag and have them write their name on their bag. Crack 2 eggs only per omelette. Only two. Then shake bag to mix eggs. Put in any and all indredients such as cheese, ham, onions, bell pepper, tomatoes,hash browns, etc. Have each person make and mix their own omelette in the bag with their name on it.Remove air from each bag and place in rolling boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. Cook 6-8 omelets in a large pan and if there are more guests than that add another pan. At the end of 13 minutes remove bags and cut top off and omelets will roll out easily. Serve with fresh fruit and coffee cake. Everyone will say how fun and good it was.
