Serving Size / Yield
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 sm. onion, very finely chopped
- one 2-lb. box Velveeta cheese, cubed
- two 10-oz. cans chopped tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 tsp. prepared minced garlic
Brown ground beef and cook on low heat about 10 minutes, breaking up large chunks. Transfer to a 4-quart slow cooker. Add onion, cheese, tomatoes, green chilies, and garlic. Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour. Stir to mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.
