Ingredients
- 3 C. finely grated zucchini
- 1 C. cracker crumbs
- 1 C. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbs. chopped onion
- salt
- pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and put in a well-buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
