Zucchini and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 4 Italian zucchinis, sliced into chips
- 10 mushrooms, sliced
- 4 Tbs. margarine
- 1 Tbs. garlic salt
- 1/4 C. white wine of choice
Directions
In a skillet, add margarine and wine. .Next, add the sliced zucchinis and mushrooms. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Put a lid on the pan. Turn stove on to high heat to melt the butter, then lower and let simmer until soft. Stir the vegetables around so they don't burn.
