Zucchini Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 C. zucchini, shredded
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 C. smashed crackers
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 Tbs. marjoram
  • 1 1/2 C. mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Spray a 9x13 pan and place ingredients in it and bake for 30-45 minutes or until done.
