Zucchini Fries

Zucchini Fries

Fries are a weakness of mine and it's really had to get that delicious satisfaction when you are trying to count the calories. I adapted my sweet potato fries recipe and used zucchini for an even healthier side dish! Zucchinis don't crisp as much as normal fries, but they are still an amazing and delicious alternative to actual fries.
