Zucchini with Noodles & Basil

Ingredients
- 4 oz. egg noodles
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 med. zucchini, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbs. margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. crushed basil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
Directions
Cook noodles. Saute garlic and zucchini in butter or margarine until zucchini is tender, about 5-10 minutes. Stir in basil and pepper. Drain noodles and toss with zucchini. Serve immediately.
