Pepperoni Pizza Wraps

Instead of crust, this pizza wrap recipe uses tortillas for a low-carb and easily portable alternative.

  • 1/2 C. pizza sauce
  • 4 7- or 8-inch flour tortillas
  • 4 oz. (1 C.) shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 3.5 oz. pkg. pepperoni slices

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread pizza sauce evenly over tortillas to within 1-inch of edges. Sprinkle each evenly with cheese. Arrange 1/4 of the pepperoni slices down center of each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla; wrap in foil. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese melted.

  • I have made this but in a skillet. Add favorite pizza toppings. Individual pizza in minuets. But you don't roll these.
