  • 1 Lbs imitation/real Crab meat
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 C. green onions, chopped
  • 2 C. crackers, crumbled and divided
  • Old Bay seasoning, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

Combine all the ingredients except 1/2 cup of crumbled crackers.

Form into patties and roll the patties into the leftover crumbs.

Spray a frying pan with nonstick spray and cook.

Let brown then flip.
