  • 3 pounds of potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup of mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup of asiago cheese
  • ½ cup of Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup of cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup of raclette cheese
  • 2 ½ cups of heavy cream
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Begin by preheating the oven to 400 degrees. In the meantime, mix together the heavy cream with garlic, salt and pepper then set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together mozzarella, asiago, Parmesan, cheddar and raclette cheese in a bowl. Then, line the potatoes in a greased baking dish and sprinkle a handful of the mixed cheeses between each layer. Finally, pour the milk mixture over the potatoes. Bake for 60 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Scalloped potatoes are best enjoyed hot!
