This Alfredo pasta recipe is delicious and easy to make! This creamy Alfredo sauce is served over tender chicken and savory vegetables atop a bed of penne noodles.

  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup yellow pepper
  • 1 box Penne pasta
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce
  • 2 Large Chicken Breasts, Chopped
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Use a cutting board to chop chicken into pieces.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place one tbs of olive oil in a skillet and place on medium heat.
Add in chicken and cook until no longer pink and juices run clear, for about 5 minutes. Make sure to flip chicken over to cook both sides.
Follow package directions to cook pasta and drain.
Place pasta back in the pot.
Remove chicken from the skillet and add with the noodles.
Add in another tbs of oil.
Add in vegetables and saute on low heat, until vegetables start to brown.
Remove from skillet and add to the noodles.
In a sauce pan heat up alfredo.
Once heated through, pour in with pasta and blend everything together.
