  • 2 (12 oz.) cans cinnamon rolls
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ C. half and half
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 C. apple juice
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Take your canned cinnamon rolls and place them along a greased baking dish and set aside. In a saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, apple juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir until well combined and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour this mixture into a large bowl and whisk in eggs, half and half, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla. Pour over cinnamon rolls and bake for 22 minutes until golden. Serve with packaged icing or make your own!
