  • 5 strips thick cut bacon
  • 2 14-oz. cans of artichokes, drained
  • 8 oz. parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and place artichokes in skillet, tossing in bacon grease for a few seconds. In a medium-size baking dish, mix together all ingredients and bake for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
