  • 1 pound of prepared pizza dough
  • 2 oz. of thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ½ cups of chopped arugula

For dough: Preheat oven to 450°F and coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Flour your cutting board and roll out the dough to a round pizza-like shape. Put dough on pan and bake until puffed and golden.

While that is baking heat oil on medium heat in a skillet. Add prosciutto and onions and cook for 3 minutes. Spread mixture evenly on the dough, and add the cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. When done, sprinkle arugula on top and slice!
