  • 1 lb. corkscrew pasta
  • 1 sm. pkg. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 can black olives, sliced
  • ¼ lb. salami
  • ¼ lb. provolone cheese
  • 2 Tbs. pepper
  • 3 Tbs. garlic salt
  • 4 oz. red wine vinegar
  • 4 oz. olive oil
  • 1 cucumber, sliced

Simply boil the pasta in water with a splash of olive oil and dash of salt added to the water to prevent sticking and spark flavor.  Then combine the pasta, tomatoes, olives, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil and cucumber into a medium bowl. Slice the salami and cheese into strips and lay them over the pasta mixture. Taste to make sure the seasoning is to your liking. Cover and refrigerate until time to serve. Now that was easy!
