  • 3 red radishes
  • 1 lime
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Begin by toasting the bread. Then, half the avocado and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice over the avocado. Add a pinch of salt and mash the avocado with a fork. Use a sharp knife to slice the radishes. Spread smashed avocado on each piece of toast and layer with radish slices. Sprinkle the pea sprouts on top and season with salt and pepper.
